Troy is an amazing agent! Troy sold our home for us in a super competitive market. He kept our home consistently in the top 3 of homes viewed in our area. He constantly kept us informed and ran down answers to any and all questions we had. He was open and honest about the entire selling process and went of his way to ensure our home was sale ready. For example he coordinated with a screen repair service to fix one of our screens, he personally trimmed our backyard and he helped us transfer the builder’s warranty deed into the sellers name.
